Mo

“Everyone deserves a bit of luxury”

Mo set-up Ideal Rooms with her brother. After her own experience of relocating to the West Midlands to work for Cadburys, she wanted to offer quality homes to others; with better value rents, a social life on tap, an easy way to make friends and removing cumbersome administrative necessities for you to live in your home. Removing the headache for busy professionals who would benefit from services such as Weekly Maid Services, Satellite / Cable Television and Lightning Speed Broadband and all of the requirements that are needed for you to live comfortably with added luxuries.

She also wanted to provide choice to executives relocating to a new city. An easy way to settle in so you could focus on settling in at work without the worry of the uncertainties, unknown taxes and services for those moving for the first time.

In fact Mo is so good at making sure that your living experience is out of this world that she has won awards - 2009 Winner of the WOW Award for Best SME – A Regional Business Award; October 2012 - the prestigious Property Woman of the Year award. And the BBC featured Mo in a property programme in 2011 which was aired across the world.

Shaon

“Finding a Better Way”

Shaon is the other half of this innovative sibling duo. Originally trained as a fully qualified pharmacist Shaon became an expert at operating businesses - transferring these skills and expertise to drive operations at Ideal Rooms which has created pioneering innovative systems that is transformational in a traditionally technology phobic sector.

He uses his analytical and operational mind to keep everything going seamlessly. In fact Shaon’s resourceful skills, eye for detail, creative direction and patience to refurbish to the best quality were featured on national TV in 2011 in BBC1′s, Homes under the Hammer.

The sibling duo grew up to hearing their father say “if you're gonna do something, you may as well be the best at it” reflected in everything that they do.
